Link Filtering

Section to setup your link filtering preferences.

NOTE: Link filtering works hand in hand with auto select.

More details about auto select can be located here.

Custom Add-on Settings

Here you can disable filtering for add-ons. This may be desirable as some add-ons include their own built-in filtering rules that can operate independently.

Quality Filters

Here you can select which quality links you would like to appear in the search results. Quality filtering lets you control which video links are available based on their resolution or source quality. When a quality option is enabled, links that match that quality can be shown, while disabled options are pushed to a separate filtered section at the bottom.

For example, leaving CAM and SD disabled helps block low-quality content, ensuring that only higher-quality links like HD or 4K are visible.

Bitrate Limits

In this section you can see the minimum and maximum bitrate values and anything outside this range will be filtered out.

Setting minimum and maximum bitrate values for filtering allows you to control video quality more precisely by limiting how much data a stream can use per second. A minimum bitrate helps filter out overly compressed videos that may look blurry or blocky, while a maximum bitrate can prevent extremely large files that may buffer, consume excessive bandwidth, or be unnecessary for your device.

For example, setting a range of 5–15 Mbps works well for most 1080p content, while a 20–40 Mbps range might be better suited for 4K, balancing quality, performance, and data usage.

For an explanation on what bitrate is, please see the FAQ article here.

Exclusions

Exclusion settings allow you to filter out content that contains specific phrases you don’t want to see. By adding keywords like DV (Dolby Vision) or 3D, you can automatically filter links for formats your device doesn’t support or that you simply prefer to avoid. This helps reduce clutter, prevents incompatible or unwanted playback options, and makes it easier to find content that matches your viewing setup and preferences.
